LCGC have organised their own concert in Stratford on Saturday 20th February in order to raise money to fund their trip to Uganda supporting the charity Fountain of Peace. The project will allow 4 LCGC choir members to fly out to Uganda in May and spend a week starting a gospel choir with the children of Uganda. Dave Conlan from the Charity Fountain of Peace said "We find that a lot of people have a deep yearning to help children break the cycle of poverty, but most of the time they just don't think their involvement will make a difference...we can assure it does and you will. This project with LCGC will give these children so much and we are so thankful that the choir members are going to be visiting the Ugandan children."
